At Chrome Hearts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Proof of purchase such as your order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: final sale or clearance products, customized or personalized items, and any items returned after the 30-day return window has expired.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items without tracking. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. No restocking fees are charged on any returns.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our support team before shipping anything back. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the original item was damaged or incorrect.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.

7. How to Start a Return

To request a return or refund, please email us at support@chromehearts.site. Include your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable. Our support team will guide you through the return process and provide a return shipping address.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, first check your bank or credit card account. Then contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you still have not received your refund after taking these steps, please email us at support@chromehearts.site.
