Cancellation & Exchange Policy

At Chrome Hearts Ring, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation & Exchange Policy explains how you can cancel your order or request an exchange in a fair and simple way.
1. Order Cancellation
✔ Before Shipment – Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately at support@chromehearts.site with your order number.
✔ After Shipment – Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
2. Exchanges
✔ We accept exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
✔ Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
✔ Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit may be offered.
✔ Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
✔ Final sale or clearance products.
✔ Customized or personalized items.
✔ Items returned after the exchange period has expired.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
✔ If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ We will arrange a free replacement or provide a refund, depending on your preference.
5. How to Request Cancellation or Exchange?

6. Processing Time
✔ Cancellation refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
